Woody Strassner is currently a Writer/Co-Producer on FBI Season Eight for CBS/Universal Television/Wolf Films.
Previously, he was on the writing staffs of STUMPTOWN for ABC/ABC Studios, BOOK OF ENCHANTMENT for Disney+/ABC Studios, CLEOPATRA for Freeform/ABC Signature, and he co-wrote freelance episodes of ROYAL PAINS for USA Network/Universal Cable Productions.
Woody writes crime thrillers, neo-westerns, and action-forward, character-driven stories that draw on themes of transnational crime, national security, intelligence operations, and the human costs of US foreign policy.
He’s developed television and film projects with Executive Producer Andrew Lenchewski, Jason T. Reed Productions, Maniac Productions, and Executive Producer Joanna Coles. His short fiction, Ricochet, was published by Guilty Crime Magazine and he has an episode of crime audiodrama in development with Echoverse Studios and Parallax.
